Continuing my rant on the LCROSS Mission [link]
Don't get me wrong; I always thought the idea of lunar exploration/colonization was pretty interesting ever since I was little, but the way they do it is a bit silly.

I've often said that we are way behind in terms of space exploration/progress. But I've also often said that we are way behind in terms of this 'modern world', the fact that we still have the 3rd world issues, as well as the greed and trivia that is so key in our day to day lives.
